On Wednesday the 27th December the store stayed open after hours waiting for generators to turn up. The wild weather on Xmas day caused absolute chaos across the Gold Coast wth power outages. Great service, but if I understand their auto club membership guidelines, and your credits are wiped out every month, that's not so great. Especially when I just given them my name, email & phone number etc. Valuable information to a business database, these days.

My car battery died so I went into supa cheap Labrador as online it says batteries can be changed after putting my car rego in. Once I bought the battery, I was told it cannot be changed. I asked is there a way they can jump start my car and the employer said no and went inside and left me. Poor customer service, poor information online too. He didn’t even up sell by recommending buying jumper leads and jump start my car with the new battery
